Hospitality Fee
We are proud to replace tipping with a universal hospitality charge that is to create a professionalized pay scale, provide a living wage for our team members, and operate a sustainable business. This supports our company’s values and positively impacts our team! 100% of the hospitality fee is distributed to our hourly team: 90% to our service team and 10% to our culinary team. There is no expectation to leave an additional tip. The tip line is provided as an option to express appreciation for a particularly outstanding experience. 100% of this gratuity will go directly to your server.
